  • Institute of Management Research and Technology (IMRT) was established in 1986 under MVP Samaj, with the vision of imparting quality education and training in Management and Computer Sciences.
  • Affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, AICTE New Delhi, and DTE Mumbai. Accredited B+ grade by NAAC (2023-2028).

Milestones in the Journey of IMRT

  • 1986: Launched pioneering courses such as MPM (now MBA-HRD), PGDBM, and PGDCM affiliated to Pune University.
  • 1989: Introduced the MCM course (currently MBA-IT), expanding IT and management opportunities.
  • 1992: Added Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM).
  • 1994: Received AICTE approval for the MBA program under Pune University.

  • IMRT thrives under the visionary leadership of Adv. Nitin Thakare, Sarchitnis, MVP Samaj Santha and the Board of Directors.
  • Growth is attributed to stalwarts like Dr. B.B. Pagar and Dr. B.B. Rayate, contributing to a dynamic knowledge hub.
  • Since January 2023, Dr. P. B. Suryawanshi leads as full-time Director, steering IMRT towards excellence and innovation.
